Does the recipient have to pay anything to customize the piece?

No, the customization is free. However, the recipient can choose to purchase additional options to further enhance their gift.

How will I receive the code for my gift?

What if the recipient doesn’t know how to customize the piece?

No worries! The form to fill out is extremely simple and always accessible. However, if there are any difficulties, just email us at contact@giftanote.com, writing everything as if you were messaging a friend—explaining what you’d like to achieve and including the redemption code. Our customer support team will take care of everything for you!

How can I be sure the music isn’t AI-generated?

Have you spoken with Cymbals, our AI assistant? You’ll quickly realize that, while AI is optimized and extremely useful, it simply isn’t capable of delivering a high-level, fully customizable product. Every piece we create is entirely original and crafted by professional composers. In addition to the audio file, we always deliver the original score, which includes the name of the composer who created it.

How long does it take to complete the customized piece?

The completion time depends on the complexity of the piece and the selected customizations. Generally, the music is completed within a few business days.

Can I gift more than one piece of music to the same person?

Yes! You can purchase multiple pieces and gift them to the same person. During checkout, you can specify in the notes whether you want a single composition including all selected instruments or separate pieces with different instruments.
